ETCHED PLAQUES
Commercial Engraving & Cutting offers premium, permanent etched engraving with our advanced metal marking machine we are able to engrave graphics and vector shaped objects, delivering an excellent finishing results. Our metal engraver is equipped with a large working table and openable covers to offer a “pass through” option for larger items.
Laser marking is achieved by moving a low-powered beam slowly across the material which creates high-contrast marks without disrupting the material.
The Laser heats the material, causing oxidation under the surface and turning the material black while it applies low temperatures to metal to anneal the surface without any contact to the product leaving the surface intact.
Laser marking requires a Fibre Laser and is the only way to permanently mark reflective metals, and RandM Engraving & Cutting has one of the highest precision machines available, it replaces an older method of “cermark” where a paste is applied to the surface to create the carbon reaction with a C02 Laser engraver and the method of contact engraving and then back filling with paint.

CEREMONIAL PLAQUES
Commercial Engraving & Cutting has a standard range of ceremonial plaques made from Brushed 316 marine grade stainless steel. 1.2mm thick. These plaques are the most popular for modern day ceremonial plaques. We offer 3 standard sizes A5, A4 and A3 but can make to any to size you require.
All of our ceremonial plaques are engraved with out fibre engraver and offer a permanent marking solution, which is UV Resistant, Abrasion Resistant & Solvent Resistant.

SCHEMATIC PLANS
Fire Drawings, Hydraulic Plans, Site Plans can be used for Emergency and Evacuation Procedures, Plumbers Flow and Pressure Diagrams, Hydrant Locations and Fire Tunnels, Sprinkler Block Plans, and Evacuation Plans
We have enjoyed servicing the Mining, Electrical, Air Conditioning and Plumbing Industries.
Our engraved plans are produced on A3 or A4 316SS Stainless Steel or on UV Stable Plastic available in a range of colours.
All material is good for indoor and outdoor use. Sizes can vary from small to 600mm x 300mm. Plans to be supplied in Corel Draw, Adobe or PFD.
We offer a very quick turn around and can deliver anywhere in Australia.
